The corner room I booked was AMAZING! It was spacious! and I enjoyed the great view of the city from the balcony. The complimentary drinks at the lobby were a plus.
I found the customer service unremarkable. There was no water in the room, just an empty pitcher. I also found no clear instructions for refilling at the dispenser.

I appreciated the complimentary beverages in the lobby, a really nice touch after a day out. the hotel provided guest laundry facilities, i found them very convenient. the room size felt quite generous for japan. the balcony provided lovely views. I enjoyed it a lot.
the room's soundproofing wasn't perfect, i noticed some noise from neighboring rooms!

the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist with restaurant reservations. the reception staff helped retrieve an umbrella i had forgotten. staff has been amazingly helpful when medical support was needed.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had anything i needed. the free drinks station in the reception area was a nice touch. the location is central with a train station and supermarkets close by. the bed was super comfortable.
the breakfast was not great, the offers were sloppy and most of the options were low quality food

The staff were helpful and always ready to assist (they really were pretty good). I appreciated the free beverage lounge. It was so useful. The location is very convenient. It allowed us quick access to different areas of the city.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated.

the hotel is modern. the bath had great features. laundry was well organized, with tv updates on completion times. i found that really convenient. the staff was good! i had a positive experience.
i noticed the hotel does not offer water in the room. there was just an empty pitcher. i saw a note about a dispenser on the floor. more clear instructions are needed.
